This Privacy Policy explains how USATV LLC ("we", "us", the "Company") collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you use the USATV application and service ("USATV" or the "Service"). It is intended for users in the United States. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

- Account information: the information you provide when registering, such as name, e-mail address and password.
- Subscription and transaction information: the plans you purchase and your subscription status. Payments are handled by the app store or payment provider; we do not collect or store your full payment-card number.
- Usage information: how you interact with the Service, such as content viewed, watch progress, favorites, searches and feature usage.
- Device and technical information: device type and identifiers, operating system, app version, language, approximate location (derived from IP address), network information and log data.
- Communications: messages you send us, such as support requests.
3. How we use your information
- to create and manage your account and provide the Service;
- to process subscriptions, purchases and renewals;
- to personalize content and recommendations, and remember your progress;
- to operate, maintain, secure and improve the Service;
- to provide customer support and respond to your requests;
- to detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse and security issues; and
- to comply with legal obligations.
4. How we disclose your information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may disclose it to:
- Service providers who process information on our behalf (for example hosting, content delivery, analytics and customer support), under contractual confidentiality obligations;
- App stores and payment providers to process your purchases;

Some sharing of identifiers or usage data with analytics or advertising partners may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under certain U.S. state laws. See Section 6 for your choices.
5. Children's privacy (COPPA)
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in violation of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us at alina@usatv.com and we will delete it.
6. Your U.S. privacy rights

We will verify your request and may ask for information to confirm your identity. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law.
7. Data retention
We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter only as required to meet legal, accounting, security or dispute-resolution obligations.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
The app and any related web pages may use device identifiers, local storage and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences and measure usage.
10. Data processing location
We are based in and primarily process personal information in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand your information may be processed in the United States.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example within the app). The "last updated" date above shows when it was last revised.
