2. Description of the service
USATV is a digital streaming service that provides access to video, audio and related content (for example live channels, films, series and other media) over the internet. The specific content, features and channels available may vary over time, by region and by subscription plan, and may change at our discretion.
3. Subscriptions, prices and payment
Some content is available at no charge and some requires a paid subscription or purchase. The available plans, their features, the price (including any applicable taxes) and the billing period are shown to you in the app on the subscription screen before you confirm any purchase. Payments are processed through the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) or payment provider. You are not charged until you confirm the purchase.
4. Automatic renewal (important)
Unless stated otherwise for a specific plan, paid subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, and your payment method (or app-store account) is charged for each renewal, until you cancel. The billing frequency, renewal price and renewal date are disclosed to you before purchase. You may cancel at any time as described below to avoid future charges.
5. How to cancel and refunds
You may turn off automatic renewal at any time. If you purchased through an app store, you must manage or cancel the subscription in that store's subscription settings (Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Google Play: Payments & subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Except where required by law or by the applicable app-store policy, payments are generally non-refundable. Refund requests for app-store purchases are handled by the store. 6. Duration of the agreement
The agreement remains in force for as long as you hold an account or an active subscription. You may close your account at any time as described in the Membership Agreement.
7. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use USATV. The Service is not directed to children under 13.
8. Technical requirements
Use of USATV requires a compatible device and an internet connection. Data usage, streaming quality and availability may depend on your device, network and location. You are responsible for any internet or data charges from your carrier.
